Kurzinfo

My research is focused on the visual perception and cognition of objects, shapes, transformations and materials. Specifically, I aim to understand how we integrate low-level and mid-level perceptual features with higher level visual cognition into a unified representation of our environment. For this, I am using a combination of computer graphics, psychophysics and computational modelling.
