Meine Forschungsarbeiten fokussieren auf die perzeptuelle, motorische und kognitive Entwicklung im Säuglings- und Kindesalter. Hauptziel ist es zu verstehen, wie die frühkindlichen visuellen, auditiven und motorischen Erfahrungen die Art und Weise formen, wie Kinder die visuelle Welt wahrnehmen und ihr Handeln auf sie abstimmen.  Insbesondere befasse ich mich damit herauszufinden, welche Rolle perzeptuell-motorische Prozesse bei der Verarbeitung von Objekten und Gesichtern in den ersten Lebensjahren spielen.
